The defendant, Ben Monk, was charged by bill of information with Driving While Intoxicated in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:98, Failure to Yield to an Emergency Vehicle in violation of LSA-R.S. 32:125 and Driving with a Suspended License in violation of LSA-R.S. 32:415.
