Rosada Houk Wakefield and Donald Wakefield were married in Spokane, May 10, 1981, and separated May 30, 1986. Two days before they married, they signed an antenuptial agreement which declared the separate property and earnings therefrom would remain separate.

At the dissolution hearing, Mrs. Wakefield presented evidence the community had made contributions of $18,237.98 to Mr. Wakefield's separate rental account...
