These motions arise from a case in which plaintiff, Joan Lane, charges the First National Bank of Boston ("Bank") and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts ("Commonwealth") with, inter alia, violations of the Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. §§ 101, et seq.
