Roges Adain appeals a ruling by the Unemployment Appeals Commission (UAC) denying him compensation benefits. We affirm.

Adain, a Haitian alien, was granted a work permit by the Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS). He obtained a job and proceeded to work legally in the United States.
