This is an appeal from the decision of the Lower Pottsgrove Township Zoning Hearing Board denying a special exception for an "educational" use.

Appellant Prana Yoga Centre is the owner of 15.151 acres of residentially zoned property located in Lower Pottsgrove Township. The Prana Yoga Centre proposes to use a limited number of acres of the said parcel for the holding of classes for the study and teaching of yoga.
