MEMORANDUM ON APPEAL

HUGHES, District Judge.

After a trial in bankruptcy court, Bruce S. Hinkley appeals from an adverse judgment allowing the claim in full of H.Y. Robinson, Sr. The judgment of the bankruptcy court will be affirmed.

Facts.
