Appellant, Arthur Watkins Johnson Jr., was convicted at a bench trial in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County (Nickerson, J.) of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute (Md. Ann. Code art. 27, § 286), felony theft (Md. Ann. Code Art. 27, § 342), resisting arrest, and making a false statement (Md. Ann. Code art. 27, § 150). Appellant was sentenced to a fifteen year term of imprisonment for the conviction of possession of cocaine...
