This is the second appeal arising out of the employment contract of appellee Dr. Marie L. Best with appellant Howard University. In our prior opinion, we remanded the case to the Superior Court for retrial of Dr. Best's claims of indefinite tenure, sex discrimination, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
