In this action the plaintiff, Bradley Facilities, Inc., appealed from the assessment of damages filed by the defendant commissioner of transportation pursuant to General Statutes §§ 13b-42 (e) and 13a-73 in taking by eminent domain the plaintiff's leasehold interest in an air freight terminal at Bradley International Airport.
