GUIDRY, Judge.

Plaintiff, Homer National Bank (hereafter Homer), filed this suit against defendant, Tri-District Development Corporation (hereafter Tri-District), seeking a money judgment or, in the alternative, an order commanding Tri-District to specifically perform its alleged obligation to make a permanent financing loan to D'Arbonne Lake Lodge, Inc., James L. Long and Jake Long (hereafter collectively D Arbonne).
