MEMORANDUM OPINION

GEORGE L. PROCTOR, Bankruptcy Judge.

These adversary proceedings are before the Court upon defendant's motion for abstension. 28 U.S.C. § 1334(c)(1) An evidentiary hearing on the issue was held December 11, 1987, at the conclusion of which the Court directed the parties to submit written memoranda. Based upon the arguments presented, the Court concludes that abstention is not warranted.
