Defendant Joe Schillaci was charged by indictment with two unlawful deliveries of cocaine to the State's confidential source, Ted Dunlap (Dunlap), on October 2 and October 16, 1986. Defendant's wife, Brenda, was also charged with the October 16 delivery. Defendant admitted the deliveries and presented the affirmative defense of entrapment.
