Carol and Michael Balaban, among others, (objectors) appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County1 reversing a decision of the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Munhall (Board) which denied the application of Frank and Joseph Piscioneri requesting a special exception. We affirm.
