Appellant Tina Darlene Walls was indicted for possession of marijuana and possession of cocaine. Each of these offenses is proscribed by § 20-2-70, Code of Alabama 1975. Appellant made motions to suppress evidence which was seized from her home pursuant to a search warrant. After taking testimony and hearing counsel's legal arguments on November 2, 6, and 20, 1987, the trial judge denied these motions to suppress...
