Appellants, Timothy and Kristi Sellers (hereinafter appellants or Sellers), took possession of a new Jeep Cherokee vehicle pursuant to a "Retail Lease Agreement" with Frank Griffin AMC Jeep, the AMC Jeep dealer in Jacksonville (hereafter Frank Griffin or Dealer).
