On January 2, 1987, defendant Troy Brown was arrested in Champaign County for the offense of armed robbery in violation of section 18-2 of the Criminal Code of 1961 (Code) (Ill. Rev. On February 5, 1987, defendant was charged in the instant case (87-CF-46) with the offense of residential burglary in violation of section 19-3...
