BARKDULL, Judge.

The petitioner was convicted of three counts of armed robbery and sentenced to 110 years on each count to run consecutively for a total of 330 years. The trial court imposed a minimum mandatory sentence of three years on each robbery count to run consecutively for a total of 9 years and it retained jurisdiction over the first 110 years of the sentence.
