Plaintiff, Judith Shores, brought an action against defendant, Senior Manor Nursing Center, Inc., for retaliatory discharge. Defendant filed a motion to dismiss the complaint for failure to state a cause of action, and the circuit court of Randolph County granted this motion and dismissed the cause with prejudice.
