PETERS, C. J.

The dispositive issue in this appeal is whether the Connecticut statute prohibiting risk of injury to a minor is, in the circumstances of this case, unconstitutionally vague. After a jury trial, the defendant, Dale Schriver, was found guilty of one count of risk of injury to a minor in violation of General Statutes § 53-21.1 He appeals from the ensuing sentence of seven years imprisonment.2
