Ordered that the order entered September 11, 1987 is reversed insofar as appealed from, so much of the order dated March 30, 1987, as denied Higgins' motion pursuant to CPLR 3215 (c) to dismiss the complaint as against him as abandoned is vacated, and the action against Higgins is severed...
