This is an appeal from the granting of a declinatory exception of lack of subject matter jurisdiction. We reverse.

Appellant, Loretto Babst, is seeking statistical and other financial data from Juvenile Court for Orleans Parish relative to the amounts paid to attorneys out of the court's Judicial Expense Fund. After being turned down (orally) by the administrative judge for Juvenile Court, Babst filed suit in Civil District Court for Orleans...
