Woodward Communications, Inc., appeals from an order affirming a decision of the Tax Appeals Commission. The commission affirmed the decision of the Department of Revenue to deny Woodward's petition for a redetermination of the department's assessment of sales and use taxes against Woodward for 1977 through 1979. Woodward printed shoppers guides for itself and for others. The department assessed a use tax on Woodward for supplies and materials it used...
