ORDER
Upon consideration of the briefs filed in this and other cases pursuant to the order of this Court entered on 13 June 1988, the Court is of the opinion that its deliberations will be assisted by additional oral argument, limited to the effect, if any, of the decision of the United States Supreme Court in Mills v. Maryland, ___ U.S. ___, 108 S.Ct. 1860, 100 L.Ed.2d 384, on the cases in which such additional briefing has previously been ordered.
