The Complaint seeks (1) a declaratory judgment finding the Plaintiff's loss to be covered under a securities dealer blanket bond issued by NATIONAL UNION FIRE INSURANCE COMPANY ("NUFIC"); and (2) an Order directing NUFIC to pay the Trustee One Million & 00/100 Dollars ($1,000,000.00), plus interest, court...
