The named defendant, the freedom of information commission (FOIC), appeals from the judgment of the trial court reversing an FOIC decision. That decision declared null and void a sixty-day suspension of a state employee who was wrongfully denied access to documents in the possession of the department of correction which were relevant to an impending disciplinary action.
