Defendants, third-party-plaintiffs, appeal by leave granted from the lower court order granting the third-party defendant's motion for summary disposition. We affirm.

Plaintiff, Terry Rogan, built a house with materials supplied by Miles Homes Division of Insilco Corporation. When Rogan insured the house with defendant Allstate Insurance Company in 1982, Miles Homes was listed as mortgagee....
