Earl W. Perrin and Jeanette Miller Perrin commenced these proceedings seeking possession of a certain tract of land in Jefferson Davis Parish, Louisiana. The Perrins named as defendants, Thomas R. Miller and Phyllis Ann Gary Miller. The property in issue, consisting of approximately two and one-half acres, was described as:
