Defendant Anna M. Pfundston appeals from the denial of her motion to set aside a judgment awarding plaintiff approximately $19,600 in damages. The litigation arose when an agreement by defendant to sell land to plaintiff fell apart. Plaintiff sued to recover a deposit he had paid, shelter expenses, moving costs, court costs and attorney's fees.
