Sara Kyte appeals a judgment in favor of Don and Kathryn Zimmerman on a cause of action previously owned by Plaza Drug Corporation. Kyte does not dispute her liability on the merits but argues that the Zimmermans lacked standing as shareholders of Plaza to prosecute the claim and that the corporation could not do so because it failed to pay its annual license fee.
