This is an appeal by Crushed Rock, Inc. (Crushed Rock) and Pike Industries, Inc. (Pike) from the decision of the Environmental Board to revoke an Act 250 permit that had been issued to Crushed Rock. The permit allowed Crushed Rock to extract sand, gravel and stone and run a quarrying operation on land it owns in the Town of Clarendon.
