The appellant was convicted of possessing cocaine and marijuana with intent to distribute. The contraband was seized during the execution of a search warrant for a pool hall known as "J. R.'s Game-room." When police arrived to execute the warrant, the appellant was seated inside an automobile parked in front of the pool hall.
