Defendant pled guilty to one count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520c(1)(b); MSA 28.788(3)(1)(b), in exchange for the prosecutor dismissing four other counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct. Defendant's conviction arises out of his sexual touching of a fifteen-year-old boy he employed in his painting business.
