OPINION

CHARLES E. ARES, Judge Pro Tem.* We are asked to decide whether a purchaser who persuaded an owner to sell him property, on which there was a grazing lease terminable upon sale, unlawfully interfered with the contractual rights of the lessee of that property. The trial court determined, on summary judgment, that there was no evidence that the purchaser had acted wrongfully and granted him judgment. We affirm.
