BISHOP, Judge.

A Baltimore City jury found appellant, Thomas Robert Kammer, to be the father of the child of Christine J. Young, appellee. From the decree of the circuit court based on this verdict, Kammer appeals.

We are presented with three issues:

I. That the admission of the blood test evidence was: (a) not in compliance with MD.FAM.LAW CODE ANN. § 5-1029; and (b) a violation of appellant's due process rights under the Fourteenth Amendment...
