In April 1970, appellee, William F. Cash, moved into a house at 1158 South Harris Avenue, where he continues to reside. At the time appellee moved in, the land across the street was vacant. Several months later, members of appellant, Brookshire United Methodist Church, began construction of a baseball diamond. Appellee complained to the minister and the church's board of trustees, but no action was taken. Each year since the baseball diamond was constructed...
