The appellant, Larry Glenn Mayfield, was convicted of leaving the scene of an accident and was sentenced to 14 months' imprisonment. He was placed on probation for a period of 14 months, with the condition that he serve 30 days in the Madison County Jail and pay restitution and court costs. He appealed to this court, 545 So.2d 87
