Defendant, Volunteers of America, appeals from a November 3, 1986, order of the Wayne Circuit Court denying defendant's motion to set aside a permanent injunction issued on October 10, 1986, prohibiting defendant from operating a penal or correctional institution on its premises at 6060 Rivard in the City of Detroit. We affirm.
