Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law and the facts, by (1) deleting so much of the fifth decretal paragraph as directed that the sum of $8,000 be paid to the plaintiff's parents or their heirs from the gross proceeds of the sale of the marital home, (2) deleting so much of the tenth decretal paragraph as directed the defendant to pay all college tuition for the three children of the marriage, (3) deleting so much of the eleventh decretal paragraph as directed...
