In this suit involving two health insurance policies, plaintiff-insureds appeal from a judgment dismissing their claims for damages, penalties, and attorney's fees after the defendant-insurer cancelled the policies and denied claims in excess of $25,000.00. The trial judge found that the cancellations were justified because plaintiffs had failed to pay the premiums timely on the first policy and had made false and material misrepresentations...
