The Arizona Corporation Commission (Commission) brought this action under the Securities Act (Act) to enjoin the initial public stock offering of Media Products, Inc. (Media), for civil penalties under A.R.S. § 44-2037, restoration to investors of amounts paid for Media stock, and other related relief. The offering was not registered in the State of Arizona.
