Quentin and Nancy Meracle (the Meracles) appeal from a summary judgment granted to Children's Service Society of Wisconsin (CSS) and its insurer, American Home Assurance Company, dismissing the Meracles' cause of action because it was time barred under sec. 895.54(1), Stats.1 We reverse.
