Andrea Bradford appeals from a judgment on the pleadings which terminated her negligence action in favor of Metropolitan Dade County on the basis of sovereign immunity. The complaint alleged that Bradford was the victim of an attack by a mentally disturbed woman who on a number of occasions had been acquitted of charges of criminal assault. Prior to the incident in this case, the woman had been prosecuted on an aggravated felonious assault and battery...
