This appeal concerns medical expenses awarded in a worker's compensation case.

Fireman's Fund Insurance Company (hereafter Fireman's Fund) brings this appeal contending the trial court erred in awarding Gail O. Whitehead (hereafter Whitehead) $15,812.74 for medical expenses on a motion for partial summary judgment because there was a genuine issue of material fact.
