LAVORATO, Justice.

The sole issue in this appeal is whether too much notice in a judicial review proceeding is fatal to jurisdiction. The district court held that it is. We reverse and remand.

The plaintiff, Louella Brown, appealed to the district court from a decision of the Iowa Industrial Commission in a review-reopening proceeding. Brown personally mailed a copy of the petition for judicial review to John W. Rathert, attorney for the defendant-employer...
