PER CURIAM.

Respondent, Kenneth David Simon, appeals as of right from an order terminating his parental rights to his minor daughter, Krystal Shannon K. Simon, born October 26, 1975, pursuant to the Michigan Adoption Code, MCL 710.51(6); MSA 27.3178(555.51)(6). We affirm.
