PER CURIAM.

This cause is before us on appeal of a jury verdict finding appellant guilty of battery. The charge arose out of a fight at the Cross City Correctional Institution, which appellant helped guards break up. Several hours later, during a counseling session, a fight broke out between appellant and a guard. Other guards intervened, and appellant was subdued.
