The appellee, Norma Jones, retained Diane Zimmerman to represent her in a divorce action against appellant, Larry Jones. Subsequently Larry Jones retained Charles Bond to represent him in the divorce action. Bond and Zimmerman have been married at all times applicable to this litigation.
