Ordered that the order dated September 25, 1986, is affirmed insofar as appealed from and the order entered April 3, 1987, is affirmed, with one bill of costs.

The defendant Eugenia Sanchez is the grantor and sole beneficiary of two inter vivos trust agreements created in 1957 and 1972, respectively. The provisions of the trusts are essentially identical in that Ms. Sanchez is the sole lifetime beneficiary and may receive whatever part of the principal the trustees...
