The extraordinary survival of one of two intended victims of a planned execution-style murder provided the State with eyewitness testimony implicating the Petitioner, Najee Shadeed Abdul Ali. Upon this and other evidence, Ali was convicted of murder, kidnapping, and related offenses, and sentenced to imprisonment for life plus twenty-five years.
