Dr. Irving Waldman brings a consolidated appeal from a final judgment granting an upward modification of alimony and child support and awarding attorneys' fees and costs to Mrs. Waldman.

The twenty-two-year marriage of Dr. Irving Waldman and Myrna Waldman was dissolved in 1976. In the final judgment dissolving the marriage, Mrs. Waldman received, as partial lump sum alimony...
